6 QuestionsServer hosting, availability, operating-system maintenance, security updates, backups, ongoing monitoring, and server administration remain your responsibility or that of your chosen hosting provider, unless a separate written agreement specifically assigns a service to Hozina.
Our installation and configuration service does not, by itself, constitute ongoing managed hosting or 24/7 server support.
Self-hosting requires your own VPS or cloud server, and you remain responsible for server administration unless separately agreed otherwise.
Use our Time-Saving Calculator to estimate potential time and cost savings based on your requirements. Calculator results are estimates, not guarantees of financial savings.
Retries and fallback mechanisms may have limitations, and some operations may require manual review to prevent duplicate actions or incorrect outcomes.
We're here to support you, too. Each eligible customer receives up to three complimentary support requests during the first twelve months following project handover, subject to the applicable support terms. Additional troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing monitoring can be arranged separately in writing.

We believe clear communication and transparency are essential to a successful project. Throughout the development process, we keep you informed about progress, completed milestones, upcoming tasks, and any challenges that may affect the timeline or scope of work.
Depending on the project and its agreed communication plan, updates may include:
- Milestone Updates: Regular progress summaries outlining what has been completed, what is currently in progress, and what comes next.
- Staging Previews: Access to staging or development previews, where applicable, so you can review the solution as it takes shape and provide feedback before final deployment.
- Scheduled Review Meetings: Discussions at agreed intervals to review progress, clarify requirements, demonstrate completed functionality, and address questions.
- Feedback and Revisions: Opportunities to share feedback during agreed review stages, helping us identify adjustments and align the result with your expectations.
- Timeline and Issue Communication: Prompt updates about significant blockers, technical challenges, scope changes, or dependencies that could affect delivery dates.
Our goal is to keep you informed and involved at the right stages, so you understand how the project is progressing and what to expect at each milestone. The exact frequency and format of updates will be agreed upon at the beginning of the project based on its size, complexity, and requirements.

4 QuestionsSecurity & Privacy
3 QuestionsNo. We do not sell or rent customer business data, customer lists, or confidential project information to third parties. Ownership and permitted use of custom source code and other project deliverables are defined in your accepted project agreement.
Unless your agreement expressly assigns ownership after full payment, Hozina retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable components, templates, libraries, generic code, and know-how. You receive the rights specified in your agreement. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their respective licences.
Your project is generally deployed to your own hosting account or server, as agreed for the project. If temporary access to your systems or data is required for authorised development, testing, deployment, or support, that access is used for the agreed purpose and handled under the applicable contractual and data-handling terms.
After project handover, we recommend changing passwords shared with us, rotating relevant API keys, and revoking temporary access granted during development.
Domains & Hosting
3 QuestionsYes. We can help migrate your existing website or CRM to your new server or hosting account, subject to the application's technology, compatibility, access requirements, and the agreed scope of work.
Depending on your requirements, migration may include transferring application files, moving database records, configuring the required server environment, setting up SSL certificates, updating DNS records, and testing essential pages, integrations, and workflows.
We plan migrations carefully to protect data and minimise disruption. However, zero downtime cannot be guaranteed because the outcome depends on the existing system, source-data quality, hosting providers, DNS propagation, and other technical factors.
You remain responsible for providing an appropriate destination hosting account and maintaining a verified backup of the original system unless the accepted agreement expressly assigns those tasks to Hozina. Server hosting and ongoing administration are not included by default.
